Then their congressmen voted almost unanimously to kill Medicare and cut tax rates for the rich another 10%. The people, who were lulled into apathy by right wing television and radio, were waking up. Even 70% of Tea Party members wanted Medicare left alone. Their congressmen were being dissed at town hall meetings. The birther lie, even after finding a new champion, was being discredited in the national media. Were their mindless sheep starting to leave the flock? What to do?

They finally settled down and regrouped. The oil and gas industry was still in their pocket. After all, didn't they give them billions in subsidies and call for billions more to be given to them? Fat Cats are nothing if not sly. Let gas prices go to $5.00 a gallon. This alone will kill any recovery. Then find a way to blame Obama for it. Perfect. Wall Street speculators are on board. Time to get the Stupid Machine cranked up and spread the lie.

The Ignorant Sheep Soldiers of Class Warfare

The class war the rich fat cat has successfully waged against America could not be won without the mindless foot soldiers. There are not enough rich people in America to vote to maintain power by themselves. They need the ignorant to vote against their own self interests and vote for the interests of the wealthy. Wealthy Republicans know how to divide and conquer the ignorant and gullible. First decide what prejudice you want to exploit. Gays want to destroy the sanctity of marriage. The Democrats want to take away your guns. Teachers and unions are the reason we are going broke. Obama wasn't born here. Now these divisive tactics appeal to the older and middle-aged mindless. How do you get the younger crowd to swing your way? No need to worry, the self centered young are too worried about a good place in line for the next cell phone incarnation to vote or pay attention. Let the music of popular culture pied piper them into oblivion. If you bring up an issue of relevance to their daily lives, they say they don't like to think about that stuff, it's too depressing. Too depressing? If that is your reality then just sit back and wait for the next form of electronic addition to soothe you.

Real Americans Need to Fight Back

There are so few real American politicians anymore. Sherrod Brown is one and Tom Harkin is another. I was so hopeful Barrack Obama would be one but now it is clear he is not fighting for the common man, only for re-election. He's caved into the Republican greed mongers and thinks he can win another 4 years by the classic Democrat mistake. Becoming Republican lite. Other than Brown and Harkin, Democrat politicians have once again gone in for wholesale castration. Why do Democrats let right wing zealots backed by Republican millionaires get the agenda. Democrats finally start to reform the health care travesty and the greed mongers vow to kill it. Phony Rich Republican politicians become governors on the false mantra of jobs, jobs, jobs and then break the unions. Phony Rich Republican Congressmen don't care one little bit about America or Americans, they only care about power and money. Their allies are the health care industry, CEO's who wend all our jobs to Communist China and radio and TV moguls who promote their greed filled agenda. It is time for the rich to quit crying about taxes and to pay their fair share. Tax the rich at 60% or higher and fine CEO's for chasing the currency in Communist China.
